Wont load

This app "Layer" wont load 2nd puzzle on my iPad mini 2. This was a freebie from Starbucks so theres nothing really lost. The screen just stays at "loading" screen but never loads. I removed it after messing with it a few minutes. I dont think this app is quite ready to sell.
